Donations & Volunteers for Upcoming Conferences

The PTO will provide a coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar for the New Eagle Staff to enjoy on the upcoming conference days but due to limited fundraising events the past two years would greatly appreciate PTO donations to help fund this event.  The PTO is also asking for donations of individually wrapped snack items for the teachers to enjoy (granola bars, cookie packs, popcorn, chips, sweets). When you sign-up please list your name as well as the item you will be donating. We planning to serve approximately 60 teachers/staff. All items may be dropped off at the Lane household (460 Glenwyth Rd, Wayne, 19087). A collection bin will be outside on the side door porch to collect items from 2/14-2/20.

We need volunteers to set up and clean up the snack table for conferences.

Since the PTO’s fundraising events have been extremely limited during the pandemic, the PTO is humbly asking for tax-deductible donations.  Without these generous donations we will not be able to run our Conference Day Snacks Feb 23^rd – 25^th as well as Teacher Appreciation Week May 2^nd – 6^th .
