What is Day of Giving?
NEES has traditionally had a Day of Giving charitable project on December 9th that involves every child, teacher and staff member during school time, with parent volunteers to help in school. This year, the kids and staff will be writing cards for seniors in assisted living and nursing homes as a project with CHS students. We wanted to offer an option for families to engage in community giving. Volunteers to collect are most welcome. Hope you can help!
We sincerely thank everyone who participates by donating and/or volunteering – what a wonderful way to teach our students about the spirit of giving!
Thank you!
